Frank H. Spillane is a trial lawyer who represents clients who have been seriously injured as a result of negligence of others. He handles complex litigation such as wrongful death claims, medical malpractice, and product liability.

Frank likes to advocate for injured people. His mission is to convey to a judge, jury arbitrator or claims representative what it truly means for a client to have suffered tragedy or injustice. Frank has been lead counsel in over 100 jury trials and can take credit for thousands of personal injury settlement and verdicts in Massachusetts.

Frank is a graduate of Northeastern University. He is a Cum Laude graduate of New England School of Law and was a member of the New England Law Review. Frank is a Board of Director of the Plymouth County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Frank is actively involved in the community. He coached youth baseball and basketball and serves on the Board of Directors of the Town of Easton recreation Commission.
