Frank is a graduate of Northeastern University. He is a Cum Laude graduate of New England School of Law and was a member of the New England Law Review. Frank is a Board of Director of the Plymouth County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
Frank is actively involved in the community. He coached youth baseball and basketball and serves on the Board of Directors of the Town of Easton recreation Commission.
